Those are really cool. Do you think he just desaturated or what? I like the effect.
Photography this good is rarely something so simple as moving a slider. This is all in the lighting and set-up.
My guess is that he’s using a reflector (silver) to fill the profiles with natural light and keep the backgrounds from dropping out (a flash or light would make the portraits/bodies pop, but add darker colors/casts to the background). Either he used a colored filter to desatuarte, or did PS desaturation (photographers lie, we all use tricks to enhance, its apart of the process)
