My tip: Learn to smoke cigarettes, but don’t be an inside smoker. Go outside and smoke. While standing there smoking your brain will start remembering all the things you need to do and when you put your Camel out you will have a clear and concise list of tasks. If you forget something just go back outside and smoke again. Also, it relieves stress and you don’t have to keep up with paper or pens or pencils.
Or, just get an iPhone. But please do still smoke.
99% of my best ideas come during smoke breaks.
You don’t have to kill your lungs to get the same effect though. Simply stepping outside for 10 minutes when you’re stuck on project or just not feeling it can work wonders.
Also, Camels for the win.
