I just invented one that uses pasta from scratch, and home-made risotto.
I don’t mean to blog-span with this, but I made a video of it:

You’ll see, of course, that I used Vimeo as well. I don’t think I’d put my own stuff on YouTube ever again.
I’ll have to check out that show, sounds really cool.
There’s some really tasty recipes here
Allison and I have a membership with Rouxbe. They have super, high quality videos (and recipes) that instruct you in the ways of the master chef. You create wonderful dishes and learn some really helpful tips along the way. It was $99 for a lifetime membership, though I’m not sure if that’s gone up. Either way, I highly recommend it.
I get a lot of ideas and help from simply recipes, I love it that it’s not just smoke and mirrors – she really cooks these things and she has an awesome database of food bloggers to look at.
Also, Mark Bittman’s How To Cook Everything will keep you busy for a very, very long time.
Copy and Taste – Internet Cooking Show

Zach Klein and his lady friend Courtney have a Vimeo-based cooking show called Copy & Taste (clever domain naming). The Blankenships are currently learning to cook, too, so new recipes are always welcomed.
