is about as far as I can get into it…I know that the next word is something like ‘conscuetor’ or something. I know it starts with ‘con,’ anyway.

I rarely use lorem ipsum text. I find it too distracting for me and for clients. I use real and readable text. That’s the point of copy, to be read. You can only focus on it’s readability if it can actually be read and comprehended. Anyone who says you don’t need real text to judge a design is being naive and pretentious. I just copy an article from one or more news stories, or copy from a previous project. There are plenty of free e-books you can use for large amounts of copy.
Might I suggest some Mark Twain or John Steinbeck?
Funny you mention that, Aaron. I realized the other day that I knew Lorem Ipsum to about 15 words due to overuse. I found that absurdly sad, so I started using this text generator instead. I like your e-book idea, though.
