Need Help Opening the Windows Vista Box?

Apparently, the “opening the box” experience is slightly different for Apple buyers and Windows buyers, at least Microsoft thinks so. I mean, honestly, does that page need to exist?

    I guess after deciding which of the 85 different versions of Vista you need they thought you might need help opening the overcomplicated designed box.

    I like the way you have to visit a website to learn how to open your operating system.

    Sorta in the same vein as “Need help connecting to the internet? Send us an Email.”

    Reminds me of comedian Brian Regans rant on ®Pop-Tart™ instructions.

    If it requires more than one step, then either you did something wrong in designing it; or there are a lot of stupid people (and both are probably right).
