It&#039;s ministry, it&#039;s about suffering.&quot; And so we cloak bad management and horrible workplace cultures under the guise of &quot;ministry&quot; far too often, as if church work places get to play by different rules. Yes, it&#039;s ministry. And yes, it&#039;s a job. 

I think a lot of people end up thinking they&#039;re  &quot;not called to ministry&quot; because their workplace sucks. It has nothing to do with the ministry side of it.</description>
