I forgot to mention the wonderful haiku Burdette sent to me. I must share:

Salutations, friend!
I don’t have your home number.
Reveal it to me.

I think it’s time for haiku pick-up lines. Feel free to submit your best in the comment section. The house rules for the Innagural Haiku Pick-Up Line Poetry Slam are as follows: 

1.) It has to be haiku. (Self-explanatory, you would think, but just in case, that’s 5/7/5). 

2.) Keep it clean, you pervs.

3.) Go. (Not really a rule as much as it is an exhortation).
