Deep In The South

My friend Chris White (who needs to get his act together and GET A WEBSITE, you hippie) sends me info on Searching For The Wrong-Eyed Jesus, a great-looking film about the south, from truckstops to speaking in tongues to music to the bare bones extremity of small town life. It’s dark, gothic, masterfully shot, and just oozing southern vibe. Spend some time on the site; there are all sorts of clips and interviews and information that’s worth your time, and a terribly addictive trailer that’s edited very well.

Despite my recent California dreaming, I do so love the south and always will.
