Sonya Kitchell

17-year old singer/songwriter Sonya Kitchell is getting lots of press lately, mainly because she’s 17 and has one of those voices that idiotic reviewers/critics always attribute to artists “that have an old soul” which is just trite and silly and pretentious. That being said, her album Words Came Back To Me is quite enjoyable. Prolific songwriter, smooth voice. Good summertime evening music.
