Amanda Congdon Leaves Rocketboom

Amanda Congdon, the host of the popular news vlog Rocketboom, has left the show. There seems to be some discrepancy between the RB site and Amanda’s response as to what actually went down, but does it really matter? RB’s audience was tuning in for Amanda, not for the guy directing and writing behind the scenes. I predict she’ll be back online elsewhere soon (hired by someone intelligent with some venture capital) and RB will watch their previously impressive viewership numbers take a drastic nosedive.
